La sessantanovenne è sopravvissuta alla brutta esperienza di vivere di acqua del rubinetto, dopo che si era accidentalmente rotto il lucchetto della porta il 1°novembre.
“non sapeva più dove sbattere la testa” ha detto un vicino nel sobborgo parigino Epinay-sous-senart.
“il suo appartamento è al secondo piano e non ha finestre, perciò non poteva chiamare aiuto. Non c’era assolutamente nulla che potesse fare oltre a sbattere contro il muro di notte.
alcuni vicini si sono pure lamentati per il fracasso - ma non avevano idea di cosa fosse.”
La donna - di cui ancora non si sa il nome - si è tenuta su il morale facendosi tante docce e lavandosi ripetutamente i denti, prima che la polizia arrivasse sabato.
“dopo aver bussato alla porta e non aver sentito niente, abbiamo appoggiato le orecchie alla porta e abbiamo sentito dei rumori soffocati” ha detto un portavoce della polizia.
“Era la donna che diceva:”Sono intrappolata - per favore fatemi uscire!”
I pompieri hanno forzato la finestra della camera da letto e poi hanno sfondato la porta del bagno.
La donna era in uno stato terribile. sembrava molto magra e debole e alla fine è stata portata all’ospedale” ha aggiunto il portavoce.
“è una signora molto popolare ma si tiene sempre tutto per sè e la gente presumeva che fosse via per le vacanze”.

With nine educational diplomas under his belt, Zhou Baokuan can definitely claim the title of “smartest man in China.”

When it comes to education, we all want the best for our kids, but I think Zhou Baokuan’s parents might have pushed him a little to far, when he was a child. I mean, the man started studying and even though he is now 53 years old, he has no intention of stopping.

In recognition of his incredible desire to study, an organization known as China World Records Association decided to award Zhou the title of “man with most diplomas in the world.” Over the course of 35 years of intense studying (sometimes without sleep) the man earned a total of nine diplomas, including three doctoral diplomas and two masters degrees. Zhou, a resident of Shenyang City, admits it wasn’t easy getting this many diplomas, and reckons he spent around 126,500 hours studying for them

Believe it or not, Zhou Baokuan is currently studying to get his fourth doctoral degree, at Fudan University.
